In case of handwashing:

• Hand wash gently, avoid harsh rubbing. Prefer using cold water and a very small amount of liquid soap. 

• Let it air dry. Avoid drying handmade items in direct sunlight.

• Do not use iron for handmade products.

• You may have to reshape the stuffed toys slightly after cleaning.

Shipping time: 

Please keep in mind that international shipping can take up to two weeks if the package gets held up by border customs, bad weather or some other unforeseen circumstance. 

You may receive your order sooner or later than expected delivery. Therefore, if you need your item by a certain time, please direct us before ordering, and we will let you know if that is possible.  

Refund and Return Policy:

The return and refund policy is applicable in the following cases:

• Products do not match in color, design, size according to the order.
• The order is lost in transit.
